With more than 25 years in the real estate industry, Jennifer Williams has handled the nuances, critical details and fine print of literally thousands of home sales and purchases. As Transaction Manager, Jennifer is our clients’ navigator through the real estate process, making sure that your transaction is efficient and easy to understand. Once our clients have a home under contract, Jennifer facilitates all the paperwork between the buyer, seller, title company, mortgage lender and other vendors to keep each sale organized and on time. Jennifer has implemented processes & protocols which have improved efficiency in the “contract-to-close” process of our real estate transactions and has frequently been recognized by our clients, other agents and our vendors for outstanding work & customer service. Says Jennifer: “Some people think reading every line of every contract doesn’t sound sexy, but I disagree.
